In “Future Generation” Club we understand that motherhood is demanding and regaining your post-baby body after giving birth will take some time. Ready to return to fitness post-pregnancy? Our post-natal training specialists are here to help with a step by step approach to bringing you back to full fitness. Pregnancy leaves a unique mark on the female body and it’s important that training is structured to address this.

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
